This sterling silver Medicine Flower bolo reproduces one designed by Millicent Rogers that hangs in the permanent collection of the museum. It has never been produced for sale before, though it has often been requested. The flower measures 2-1/4" tall and 1-1/2" across. Millicent also designed the tips for this bolo which measure 1-7/8" long. Made for us by Taos jeweler David Anderson it is a truly elegant interpretation of New Mexico's official state necktie -- and very Millicent in its design.
