This vintage Navajo squash blossom necklace dates from around 1920 - 1930 and features beautiful, large, bright blue turquoise stones. The blossoms are simple letting the turquoise standout. The beads are handmade and the piece may be of coin silver, not uncommon for that time period. The piece is not hallmarked. This necklace measures 28" long with the naja hanging down an additional 3 - 1/2". A fabulous, classic example of the squash blossom necklace -- you'd be hard pressed to find a more beautiful one.
